THIS IS A-ONE TIME USE ITEM

This item lets you Respec your character. Once activated you will get all your used skill points so that you can reallocate them. This is perfect if you have made a mistake with your skill points or would like to try another loadout. 

NOTE: IF YOU TAKE THEM WITH YOU IN THE WARZONE THEY WILL DROP ON DEATH AS THEY ARE A ONE TIME USE
